This was our 1st cruise and was amazing!! So relaxing food and service was amazing. Would highly recommend

This was a restful 5 day experience that disconnected us from all of our daily routines. The ship was very comfortable. Our room was kept clean, the dining was very, very good. We enjoyed the on-board entertainment as well.

In General, Enchantment of the Seas is really good. The price and service: Excellent! I would definitely do it again

Not a bad experience. Food variety could be better. Big venues for game shows and activities. Definitely need more water stations. Staff very friendly.

The excursion was great, shows were great. Which time on ship was more enjoyable. Did not like paying extra for activities and gratuities.

Wife spent almost all of time in cabin sick. Kids were bored. I got out and played my guitar and saw every sunrise and sunset Dinner was only time all of us were together and enjoyed ourselves.

Terrible charges for gratuities ($14.50/person per night). bought an item at the shop, paid for by credit card, the shop did not charge to the credit card but charged to the room. So when disembarked the cruise, was asked to speak with guest service because of the charges. Saw that RC charged $14.5/person per night, I was angry for fraudulent charges. I told the guest service people that I gave tips to the maid. Guest service was able to take these charges off but the delay to 30 minutes and the disembarkation was terribly long and no logistics at all.

Nice first cruise that our family took with some friends. A few were also first time cruisers. It was a great way to get used to cruising without being overwhelmed by all the stuff on the bug ships. Now I think we can move up in size and not feel overwhelmed.

The staff was amazing! So many good things to say about them. The ship was old, dated and dirty. I think the staff did the best they could but the ship was old. Entertainment was so-so. The dancers and singers were great! The comedian was awful.

This was the absolute best trip ive ever taken in my life...royal has me a customer for life..i can't wait to go back.. ive told all my friends and my social media post royal is definitely the way to go

Cruise was fun but it didn’t feel like we were going to mexico

Overall the cruise was average. We enjoyed the getaway. I have always cruised with Carnival the comparison is night and day. I wanted the Royal Caribbean experience, a little boring, but food was better than Carnival other than burgers.

Enchantment of the Seas was a very clean, well designed older ship. Easy to find your way around with the touch screens at every elevator. The food was good and service was timely. Shows were fun. I would cruise with them again.

I booked this cruise for my son's 14th birthday. I tried it out for the first time because we sailed in Symphony of the Seas before, and would like to compare the smaller ship. I was also impressed, though it didn't have all the other amenities as compared to Symphony. I am still impressed because the food and service were awesome. And we were happy also with the price of the cruise. Well worth it.

My first time on royal Caribbean and provably my last

Overall, the short 5-day trip was relaxing but lacked the amenities of the larger and newer RC ships. Our cabin steward and MDR server were excellent, but the food could have been better.

Thank you to the restaurant staff for making sure my diet needs were satisfied. Thank you for your care and friendliness. The cruise activities were fun
