The excursion was great, shows were great. Which time on ship was more enjoyable. Did not like paying extra for activities and gratuities.

The chops restaurant was not worth the money you spent. The atmosphere was the same has the big dining room. Food was ok I did not have a vegetarian choice and you had to pay a gratuity fee.

The jump zone and rock climbing wall was closed. Fitness center I paid for class pass but times were not good and one morning I did not get to go to any class because I did not have clean towels to take a shower afterwards.

No clean towels on Tuesday morning, we had a leak Monday night and had to use all our towels. The dining staff was used in all food areas even Chops did not understand why I had to pay a extra gratuity.
Ship Quality

Windows needed to be wash and tables were not kept cleaned. Coffee was not kept made on deck 9. Walking through the area where the rooms are to get to dining area first day I was yelled at.

Order the drink of the day, no gratuity is added. The shops were nice and the live production were great. The galley tour was great, but you paid for that and a gratuity fee.
The crew members onboard are not paid a lot for the jobs they do, so the extra gratuities are shared to supplement their pay. All cruise lines charge for extra things and activities plus a gratuity.
