Had a shore excursion paid for with a meeting time of 7:00 but the breakfast buffet didn't even open until after 6:35 so after trying to eat in 10 minutes it made both of us so sick that we missed the meeting time and she had to go to medical for treatment

All of the Vision class ships (including 22 year old Enchantment of the Seas) are in the process of being retired out of the Royal fleet as new ships are brought on line. It's sister ship, Grandeur is leaving the fleet in spring of '21. Enchantment will go back to Baltimore at that time.

Too bad. Royal is a great cruise line. Enchantment is an older ship and needs updating but still gets wonderful reviews. Sounds to me you would complain about any ship you are on so gong go cruising anymore.

It’s an old ship and I agree needs retired I didn’t like the ship either and won’t go back on that ship but royal Caribbean rocks!!!! And will always go back Vacations are what you make them!!!

I don't think any cruise is perfect. There is always going to be something that you may not like, but a vacation is what you make it.

If this is a legit review, then some planning on your part would have saved this situation. Order room service if you have an early excursion. I doubt any buffet will open earlier on any cruise line. We love RCL and live the Enchantment!!

We have enjoyed our cruises in enchantment. Loved the crew. Not sure what your complaints were. No ones fault you ate and got sick. Next time spend some money and get room service delivered.

I wouldn’t judge an entire cruise line based on one cruise on an older ship. As far as the excursion / breakfast issue in Cozumel, you can order room service starting at 6:00 am. It also sounds like a ship excursion. Booking independently gives you more flexibility on time.
