WE HAD A WONDERFUL VACATION WOULD LOVE TO DO IT AGAIN

Nice overall experience that I would do again. The ship was in good condition, although clearly not new. Plenty of activities, if you get tired of the sun and pools.

Loved the staff. Couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Lots to do and not do if you wanted. Learned how to salsa dance, watched some shows, did some karaoke, ATE and relaxed.

A great value vacation. Lot's of activities for everyone;

From the very beginning, the staff was not very helpful and accomodating when reservations for dinner were not correct and many people had to wait over one hour to be seated for dinner. We waited 30 minutes just to fix our reservation that was not linked as it was supposed to be. The food was acceptable, but have had much better on other cruises. The pool and entertainment for adults was good. The children's program could have been much better as they seemed to stay in the children's small room most of the time. The ports of call were wonderful and the ship was clean.

we truly enjoyed ourselves this cruise was 100% better than the liberty of the seas that we went on last nov. The service on this trip was perfect the room steward was great....

I greatly enjoyed the ports we visited by I found the conditions on the ship to be somewhat hideous. While the staff and our room attendant was excellent, the ship definitely showed it's age despite being "upgraded" a few years ago. I've traveled with Royal Caribbean on a number of cruises and this is the first time I've seen one of their ships in such horrible conditions.

Friendly crew, clean, not to crazy about the dinner menu and the icecream machines. Activities great.

First time cruising with Royal Caribbean . Will be cruising with them again:-)

Great 5 day cruise, would sail again no problem

This ship is very nice, my son & i really enjoyed ourselves. I recommend this trip to anyone of any age.

Overall excellent experience

Much to do on the ship, friendly crew. Ship was well maintained. Inter stateroom very small 146 sq ft compared to other ships.(150 - 152 sq ft) Food in dining room was good,but not as great as I was told it was going to be. Extertainment was good, but not great

This was our second cruise on Enchantment. The staff is wonderful, the ship is clean, the food is tasty and the shows were very entertaining. Our kids enjoy Ocean Adventure Club also. The shore excursions were informative and fun. We went to the town of Hell, Grand Cayman, and Botswain Turtle Farm. In Cozumel, we took a Jeep tour around the island and went snorkling. What a beautiful coastline. An excellent Summer vacation!

very good customer service

If you are a first time cruiser, then this is a good ship to start with. Its small but has good activities for all to partake in. I enjoyed myself spedning alot of time on the ship having already traveled to Key West and Cozumel many times before. The crew(particularly the waiters/waitresses) need another class of customer service. Overall, if you a getaway vacation and you want to cruise for the first time, try Enchantment of the Seas. This was my 5th cruise and I had a blast.

We were quite pleased with the ship and with Mark, the cruise director. His organization of events was fantastic. Too bad the food was so bad.

The ship was in very good condition. Decor and location for all activities were very good.
