Review summary

From the very beginning, the staff was not very helpful and accomodating when reservations for dinner were not correct and many people had to wait over one hour to be seated for dinner. We waited 30 minutes just to fix our reservation that was not linked as it was supposed to be. The food was acceptable, but have had much better on other cruises. The pool and entertainment for adults was good. The children's program could have been much better as they seemed to stay in the children's small room most of the time. The ports of call were wonderful and the ship was clean.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food at the buffet was always good. The sit down scheduled dinners were not the best, but were palatable. Thought more consideration could have been put into the presentation of the dinners.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
My son did not enjoy the children's program. The children's area was not done very well and most of the time the children stayed there rather than venture around to other areas of the ship with the kids. More of an adult cruise.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Numerous times went to do something and the area was closed 10 minutes earlier than supposed to be. Staff not willing to leave post to assist guests, like if they were out of towels they would send you down the ship to another area rather than get them for you. No one went above and beyond to assist the entire cruise. This was disappointing as I started expecting no one was going to be able to assist when I had questions, and that was the case 90% of the time.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Smaller ship, but kept clean and easy accessibility to all areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Had a deluxe oceanview and it was great.

Ports of call

Key West, Florida

We had a blast just walking Duval street and ended at the Southernmost Point. Then we walked back and went to Kermit's Key Lime Shoppe for delicious Key Lime the way it is meant to be. They told us about Peppers right down the way. The family had a blast sitting at their bar and tasting well over 30 different hot sauces for free. We bought some favorites of course. Went to Rick's Bar after for some Jimmy Buffet style music and great drinks and service.
Don't Miss: Kermit's Key Lime Shoppe and Peppers. Then end at Rick's Bar.

Beautiful beaches. Spent the day at the Playa Mia Grand Beach Resort.

Pros: The ports of call were worth it alone.

Cons: The food was not the best and the staff on board were not very accomodating most of the time.
