I did enjoy the cruise especially seeing my granddaughter having a great time. I definitely will not sail Enchantment of the Sea again.

Some of the staff wasn't pleasant at all. It took a long time before our room was ready. Customer service representative was rude when a question was asked regarding paying for the arcade games. We attempted to plan our next cruise, the representative was dismissive when we didn't commit immediately.

Yes, it is old. It's one of the oldest ships in the fleet.

You must've been on a different ship. My sister and her husband were on that very same cruise and didn't experience one problem. Said it was a great cruise and the entertainment was fabulous!! The crew was overly friendly and helpful. It's an older and smaller ship so of course the pools are going to be small. If looking for big go with a bigger cruise ship
