My whole family went on a cruise for Christmas instead of exchanging presents and I was not disappointed! This was the first time that we cruised with Royal Caribbean and it was excellent!! The staff and service were top notch and it was one of mine and my husband's favorite part about the entire trip. They did an amazing job with customer service and entertainment. We hope to go on another RC cruise soon!!

The food was DELICIOUS!! There was also so much variety that you could try a little bit of everything. The main dining room was beautiful and the windows overlooking the sea and the sunset in the evening made everything all the more perfect!

Between my whole family, we did pretty much everything! The competitions, ping-pong, finish that song, rock climbing, fitness center and more!

The service was TOP NOTCH! I've been on several cruises before and the service and staff on this one was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make your stay incredible. Our servers, Tedi and Paul were always so kind and delivered the perfect service with attentiveness and professionalism that you would see at a 5 star restaurant. We also had some of our favorite staff members like Alejandro and Devin, who went above and beyond to make our time special with the onboard games and competitions. Getting to know the staff was probably our favorite part!

I think there could have been some additions to make the boat more entertaining (slides, golf course), but it was clean and accommodating for being an older model and had all the necessary features that make a cruise ship great!

We recommend booking through Royal Caribbean for excursions, because we booked several through outside companies to save money, but it was DIFFICULT getting on the tender boats. One person from our party had to get up extremely early to get a ticket and it was stressful getting to the excursion meeting spot on time. I believe passengers who bought through RC got access to their desired tender time earlier. Also, if you have younger children I would recommend booking a newer ship as there might be more features geared towards children.
Glad you found RC. You're right! It's great! If you think you might become avid cruisers, my recommendation is to now try the sister company Celebrity. It's a little more money with subtle upgrades. Decide which you prefer and stick with them. Your loyalty points don't transfer but your loyalty level ( hence benefits ) do transfer.
Was on same cruise! It was great except the rocking of boat due to wind. Buffet was great, dining room great! All employees were great! No complaints! My first RC!
