Overall this cruise experience was good but no where near great. The food was not near as good as we know RC can do. Several of the entertainment offerings listed on the app during the cruise were no shows on the second half of the week. The one word I would use for this cruise would be Disappointing.

The main dining room food good with excellent service. The buffets were average. The coffee cream was watered down and some offerings came up short such as a ham and cheese omelet with a few specks of ham. Some of the Indian dishes were excellent. There is no self serve soft ice cream; the machine was outside and a staff member had to make your cone and hand it to you.
Onboard Activities

The comedians were awesome and so was the Jersey Boys singer from the musical. The piano guy in Schooner was also very good but was a no show the last few nights (sick?). The main group that played in Centrum was average especially to others we've seen on RC in the past.

Our room was kept clean, however the room steward had odd hours (0800-1200 and then 1500-?). Wait staff in the main dining room at dinner was top notch. Other meals in the main dining room were so-so. The girl that greeted people and did the hand sanitizer at the Windjammer was always cheerful and interactive.
Ship Quality

Would give a "5" for clean. I'm guessing the ship is old as maintenance was observed working on several issues such as broken soda machines, roof leaks, etc. The smell of smoke from the Casino was really bad on this ship and could be smelled on several floors. I would definitely not want a room above the Casino or any room on the same floor on that half of the ship. The floor space is small in the Centrum area where many activities (silent disco, bands playing, exercise classes) are held.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room had lots of storage space and was clean.
Ship tip
If you want more activity options and places to roam on board then pick a different ship. Walking around was limited to the 6th floor with a handful of shops or on the outdoor track on the top deck.
We were back on the ship in an hour. The people working at the shops were obnoxious and literally in your face trying to get you to look at their merchandise.
The shop workers were not as irritating in Cozumel but still aggressive. Watch for being short changed when paying cash as this was attempted on us. We did the catamaran snorkeling excursion which was very good.
