Unfortunately on our cruise from July 28th, Covid hit a lot of passengers. We took all the precautions we could to avoid it, but alas, it got us on day of disembarkation. Oh well. Next time we will keep our masks on when we are walking around.
Embarkation

Very smooth. Parking was very easy in Baltimore
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
We didn't like the food in the Windjammer. We did make an attempt, but when I tried to get the chicken soup, they had spaghetti as the noodles. I was a cook when I was younger working through college. Some things, you just don't do. However, the main dining room is worth it. If want to try something, go for it. If you don't like it, get something else. Food is an adventure for me and desert for my wife. Try everything!
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
It's an older ship. There is a Rock climbing wall, pools, hot tubs and such. Nothing compared to the newer ships.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
For our cruise, we had a Puk the magician, juggler, violinist and the The Alley Cats. We enjoyed them all.
Children's Programs
Our children are over the age of 17.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
From what I can gather from some of the staff, this ship has become a training ground for new staff. Once they get their sea legs and learn the ropes so to speak, when their next contract comes up, depending on how they were, transfer to a newer ship. With that said, the service was perfect. My son has severe allergies. So bad we need to carry epi-pens. The table next to ours, both children had similar allergies. The head waiter and our waiters were extremely cautious with our children and made sure everything that they offered was allergy free. This took away our anxiety and allowed us to truly enjoy the experience.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
The ship is old and it looks like they are only maintaining it. Not refurbishing it. I don't expect to see this ship in operation for more than a year more.
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
Our own balcony door slider was not working properly and maintenqnce kept having to come back to the room and spray it with wd40 so we can open and close it. Balcony became a waste of money.
Ship tip
Do your pizza run before midnight in the solarium at the rear of the boat. It's worth the trip!
Great for the kids, but remember to purchase access to the water park early. If there is a sale prior to your sailing, cancel the previous purchase and rebuy at lower price. Since our children were over 17, they did get bored and ended up on the beach. Oh well. I at least enjoyed the slides!
@RancorRich I'm showing that Cabin / Stateroom display

5 out of 5. Was there something else you wanted changed? Thanks for sharing your experience with the community!
Vision class ships like Enchantment are in the process of being retired from the RCI fleet. Although this process has been delayed since Pullmantur went through insolvency and scrapped their ships. They still need ships to be able to get into ports like Tampa and Baltimore that have low bridges that can't handle the larger ships.
