Review summary

Enchantment is the smallest and oldest of the RC fleet, but the crew works hard to give guests a great experience. It lacks the features of newer ships but is still a fun cruise. I would not recommend taking younger kids as there is not a lot for them to do.

Main dining room was fantastic! Buffet food is pretty good, too. Park cafe is very disappointing- after 8:30 it’s the only thing open and we were never able to get anything to eat there (A line of 12 people and only two slices of pizza to offer).

Onboard Activities

Ship definitely shows it’s age in its facilities. Small pools and kids splash pad. Trampoline was shown on site but we did not see it onboard.

This ship does not have any of the upgraded children’s facilities advertised. It’s just a room with toys, books, and a tv that is always on. The staff worked hard to keep kids entertained but my kids were disappointed that it didn’t have all the interesting things shown online.

Staff and service are INCREDIBLE. They are all kind and friendly. They make you feel like family.

Only problem we had was air conditioner went out on day 3/9 and was never fixed.
