I lugged my own luggage onboard because there was place to drop it off and nobody indicated how to do so. There needed to be better signage.

The drink machine consistently ran out of various products. If you did not go to the formal dining room, the only place to eat was in the solarium that had a very limited menu.

Little to no help with luggage. I was assigned to a table for dinner with people I did not know and did not want to be in such close proximity due to COVID. Getting a table in the dining room was difficult. I selected a 6 pm dinner time and was told that that time was busy and that I should come at 7:30. Were other guest told to arrive at a time that was not of their choosing?

Too small, situated under pool and hot tub room. I had to move to another room(that I had to move and not with help from attendant. Rooms had shower curtains that were to small. The first cabin did not have door sticker, hair dryer, or a closet with a door that closed. The safe was broken. If there had been more than one person, one person would not have been able to walk to the other side of the bed because vanity and tv were in the way. The other side allowed a foot to walk to side of bed.
