After going on bigger ships we did not know what to expect after reading a few bad reviews but all I can say is it was awesome!!! I will sail again on Enchanment

I was amazed by the staff and the ship. Have read some negative comments in the past so I was so surprised to experience such a wonderful crew and beautiful ship. I have been on Allure and Liberty annd love the big ships. But I must say this ship was great. We were able to relax and have fun with the crew and guest!

Food and Dining

Always loved the dining room by being able to try new foods along with our awesome waiter Joseph getting us something else if we did not like something. Chops was great as always did lunch there on both sea days. The Park Cafe was a great surprise for lunch or something to eat after you get back from an excursion. The salads were big and good. I was disapointed there wasn't a Sorentos on this ship but the pizza at Park Cafe was good. Only did the Windjammer for Breakfast and got a made to order omelette each time which was so good.
Onboard Activities

Loved the solarium pool and hot tubs. Very relaxing area. Enjoyed watching the competitions at the other pools and they were fun. I hit the fitness center every morning good equipement and variety.

Very attentive and happy to help. Our waiter Joseph was fabulous. Rodney our cabin steward was the best I ever had. His smile and positive greetings were the best and our cabin was always spotless.
The Barista's at Latitudes Starbucks were really good. The staff at Next Cruise were very helpful and helped us with our next booking.

Ship Quality

The layout was great very different from other class ships but that is to be expected. The crew was always cleaning. Many people have critiqued this about the ship it being full of rust. Well being on a few ships they all have some rust it is a salty ocean but it was not something that got my attention and I did not think it showed being worn. I really liked this ship and will return!!!
Cabin / Stateroom

It was exactly how we thought it would be enough room for 2. 1st time in an interior room and was good. Bed was fine and so was the restroom.

We went on to Mayapan for the Mayan ruins and cave snorkel with natural river float. The tour company was great they were so informative with the history showing their passion for their culture. 1st class busses, great food was a part of the trip. Beautiful clear clear water.
We always head over to Buccanos. Small beach club with awesome reef full of coral and fish. Very relaxing beach area and pool. With a tasty resturant and bar.
Extremely quick. We always do the self assist and we were off the ship in 5 minutes after it was said we could and by 8 minutes later after all the ramps to we had to go down we cleared customs.
We were on Enchantment many many years ago. Loved it then and I hear it’s even better now. Any negative reviews I think are either fake or from people who love to complain!
