Review summary

My family had fun because we know how to make lemonade out of lemons. I would not sail on this ship again and am not sure I will travel with Royal again. My Carnival cruise last year was the best

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food in the Main Dining for dinner was Amazing!

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Activities were scheduled back to back often on different levels making it hard to get to things on time. The rock climbing and bungee were only open for one or two hours and the kids were rushed. The game shows were geared for adults.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
It seemed repetitive and the entertainers seemed board with their job.

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
Adventure club open 2 to 3 hourse at a time. They can only hold 80 children per session. Its first come first serve The Adventure room was small. Our kids did not want to go. The Arcade had about 6 claw machines costing between 1.50 to 3.00 per turn. No video games or anything. The game rooms at CiCis pizza was better. When we talked with guest services about the description online we were told the ship is an older ship and it wont have the latest arcade styles. It could have at least had a pinball machine or pacman game.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
The steward in my room was great. However my sister has a son with develope mental disabilities and has night time incontinence as such he had an accident. My sister remove the bedding and placed it on the floor. The Stewart in her room came in and made the bed with the same soiled bedding. I ordered room service asking for ice and water. The order was set on the floor outside of my door (no knocking) and I was called to let me know it was by the door

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The ship is older, the restrooms in the common areas often had several stalls out of order. on the first and second d day one set of elevators were broke on the second day another set was broken and stayed that way the duration of the trip.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Small, smelly, small
