Embarkation

At this was the best experience we had and like the new process of getting your sea pass cards delivered to the room.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Ship was rusty and outdated. Room for junior suite was small and had pole in the middle of the room that made it even more crowded with two people. Couch was more comfortable then the bed and every door and drawers would open and shut with the movement of the ship. Mini fridge slid out several times and we had to use our luggage to keep it wedged inside the cabinet. Bathroom tiny and shower head just spits water out it’s so clogged. Elevators took forever to get one and they would just keep bypassing your floor it’s easier to walk upstairs and downstairs if you’re able and way faster. Food was good in windjammer and normal service but main dining room was better and the service excellent. Staff was great only good thing of the ship. Shows were good but you had to walk through the smoky casino to get back to the room. The ventilation is so bad that the smoke could be smelled several floors up. We were on the 8th floor so we could hear every single foot step on the pool deck which meant you had to use earplugs to get any sleep. Ship needs to be retired or book only on the bigger ships.
Onboard Activities

Bingo and karaoke only thing really except lots of disco music and 70’s themes partying. Movies only on poolside screen that you can’t see during the day and too windy to sit outside at night. Most of the time it was closed due to weather.
Entertainment

Good but dated recycled from ones that we had seen on other cruises. Cruise director was great and really tried to keep things fun and enjoyable which was hard since I just wanted off the ship on day one.
Children's Programs
No kids on cruise.
Service and Staff

Staff was great and always giving us great service. Only thing that made us get to the end of the cruise.
Ship Quality

Needs to be retired. Nothing about it was okay needed a tetanus shot to board it so m7ch rust. Even in calm seas it was rough sailing and getting off the ship for ports seems very foreign to these crews. Took way too long for a small ship to get off.
Cabin / Stateroom

Sucked. Pole. Falling apart. Needs to come with free duct tape so you can keep doors and drawers shut when not in use. AC work off and on and noise from pool deck Never ending
Nice water, too many pushy vendors at the port and beach areas. Seaweed bad but you get past it and water is great. Needs time but can see this place getting better and being a great port to visit. People there were very nice and very warm to us just the vendors were annoying.
Good port and great beaches just wish you had a express lane to taxis instead of the long walk through the gauntlet of vendors that you have to tell them “No thank you “ a 1000 times.
Cluster @#$& is being nice. 8:30am time actually was closer to 10am. Unless you’re a diamond and above you are thrown in together. No big deal but why push crown and anchor loyalty to us if it doesn’t get you anything until you get to the highest level. Customs and luggage area were fast just getting off the ship and there took way too long
