Review summary

It was a horrible experience. First they canceled our Port of Call at cococay. And then we had to spend a whole week in a cabin smelling of sewer.

Our servers were excellent in the dining rooms. There was only one ice cream machine on the whole entire ship and it was not keeping up with the demand very well very soft ice cream..

Part of the kids club issues are that most kids are in school right now. We had a wonderful 4 night cruise in September on Enchantment. We brought friends on their 1st cruise and they are now hooked. Great food and service. Sorry you didn't enjoy.

We were on Enchantment in October with our five children ages 5-14 and had a great experience we were never bored and loved every minute and created great family memories. I’m sad to hear your experience was so different.

That's too bad. All I've been hearing is great reviews on the Enchantment. Maybe cruising isn't for you.
