This team went above and beyond. One night our toddler had been sick and I was looking for apple juice and grapes. I went to every food location and bar to find these items and finally Oswald and Crislie

On our last night my wife was unable to attend dinner. Shes pregnant and wasn’t feeling too well. Well the service team at My Fair Lady including

were amazing all week. Some of the BEST service I’ve ever had. But this night they went above and beyond. Josephine offered to have dinner sent to her via room service. Had a connection with my daughter which was adorable. My daughter blew her a kiss which was too cute when we picked up dinner for my wife
This team y’all have is AMAZING and Josephine is a true gem. Such a lucky team to have such a professional. She honestly made my vacation

The family had a blast and we are already looking to go back. So relaxing and all the activities. The food....YUMMY. Our daughter loved chasing the chickens and sitting with the iguanas
