Review summary
Out of 5 hot tubs, they were always packed with kids. It would be nice to have 2-3 that are adult only. We ordered a deluxe cabana for CocoCay the day that we boarded. The advertised price was $309, but we were charged $359. The main attendant was rude when we checked into our cabana. For the price we paid, at least a smile would have been nice. Also, only charging the advertised price that I provided proof of would have been nice, especially considering it wasn't quite how it was advertised. Dining with Blue was great!Embarkation

Room Service
This was my biggest pet peeve - it didn't matter how early or how late we tried to access the hot tubs, they were always filled with children. With 5 whilrpools on this ship, I feel like their should be at least a couple that are adult only. This was my biggest irritant with the cruise!
Windjammer Cafe
Staff was always friendly! I particularly loved their greeting / dancing! Im sure thats not the best thing to have to do but they were all in good spirits and it puts a smile on our faces! The food was always great as well!
My Fair Lady Dining Room
Service with Blue and Peter was great! They were very knowledgeable and I appreciated their honesty when giving opinions on food choice. They were always spot on with their recommendations!
Onboard Activities
Swimming Pools
Never really had the opportunity to access the pools. I understand this is a child friendly cruise, however it would be nice to have one option for adults only.
