Review summary

I will always cherish the family time. As far as Royal Caribbean and the Enchantment of the Seas, it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. After the cruise was over, customer service offered me a $160 voucher for my MANY struggles and inconvenience. (I don’t have the space or time to list all of them). I would be ashamed to offer that to a customer how paid thousands to cruise on their ship! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

My wheelchair broke as I was boarding the ship. The staff could not fix it and didn’t not help me in anyway to get around for the entire duration of my cruise. One day I had to stay in my room all day. MANY ISSUES with customer service DURING and AFTER OUR CRUISE. !!! We even had to tell the room steward to leave us toilet paper. Our bathroom sink was not cleaned.

Im not sure if you had a rental wheelchair or your own but check out "cruising with wheels" on YouTube or try another cruise line like Seaborn & pay $7000.00 for a weekend cruise but they cater to your every whim

It isn't the cruise staff's job to help you get around the ship. That's what your family is for. They all have jobs and are very busy.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. I have been on this ship and it was wonderful. You have to consider that the cruiseline is not responsible for your wheelchair unless they are the ones that caused it to break. Always make sure that your medical equipment is in order and in tip top shape before leaving. Also that you have a backup plan i.e. ask before leaving if they have spare wheelchairs you can use. Don't give up cruising! 😉

I love the Enchantment . The food was amazing. Staff bent over backwards to help. I went BTB for 7 days. Only problem the new mattress on bed was super hard.

Don’t give up on cruising it’s a wonderful vacation sorry to hear that you had problems on enchantment not typical of Royalcaribbean usually they take care of problems sometimes there’s a hiccup but again do not give up on Cruising tried again I love to cruise
