Review summary

We had a lot of fun on our first cruise experience despite our first two days of liquid sunshine! However, "guest services" desk on deck 5 was one of the worst customer experiences that I've had in recent memory! Thank goodness for our servers for dining and accommodations!

Awajan and Jimmy we're wonderful! They had great attention to detail and managed their tables extremely well! We we're so happy to see them every night!

My fiance had a terrible experience with the products from the "mini facial" which we felt was faulty advertising. Also, her skin is still irritated from the products they used.

We noticed there wasn't any hot water to shower on the last day of the ship for a few hours. Back to normal in the morning.

We only have been on 2 cruises where the guest service desk was friendly. I guess they work long shifts, 7 days a week for months at a time only hearing passenger's problems. I wish they could give their staff some guest service training 😀
