Review summary

Everything on board was amazing and made our cruise terrific. The best was our waiter at dinner his name was Jesan, what fantastic service. Couldn't asked for anything better he was always there to help. Our housekeeper's name was Leslie everything was always perfect in our rooms never had to ask for anything. The Art Auction was so much fun we learned so much about the art pieces that we liked and bought.

On previous cruises with a similar room it had a couch that turned in a bed and this one did not, made it very cramped for the 3 of us.

Enchantment was our first cruise in 2009. Glad to hear things are still good. Nothing like your first. Have seen sevice declining over the years. Especially since mandatory tipping. If only staff would learn to still connect with cruisers we would reward a little extra.
