Review summary

My wife and I had not taken a cruise since 2003 when she was 5 months pregnant with our first son. 13 years of raising 2 boys later and it was time to return to the high seas and enjoy some alone time together. What a great decision to return to Royal Caribbean.

After all these years it is still a great cruise line and the food and destinations are still amazing. The best part is that we were able to get a great vacation in the form of a long weekend since our jobs and kids do not allow for extended vacations at this time in our lives.

We appreciate all from IHG and Royal Caribbean who made this trip so magical.

We were not sure if it was worth the extra money that we paid for the balcony room but what a difference it made. We stayed up and played cards on the balcony under the stars some nights until midnight
