Review summary
I requested a fridge in my room for my son who has anaphylactic allergies to a lot of foods. I called a few weeks before the cruise and I was assured that there would be no problem to have a fridge in the room. I brough special food for my son so he would be able to eat and not have an anaphylactic reaction. When we got to the cruise they told me that there were no fridges left on board. I explained to them that I reserved a fridge through my reservation that came through jet blue and they said they never recieved an email!!! I was outraged and upset bc my son was in dire need of a fridge. That couldn't do anything for me because they didn't have any fridges left!!! I would like to have someone from jet blue cruises to contact me immediately about this. My son was hardly able to eat ANYTHING and all the food I brought for him spoiled!!!!! This is unacceptable!!! And this is a very serious matter. I don't know if u know anything about anaphylactic allergies, buts it's serious stuff. I would like a response to this issue asap.
