Review summary
We were looking for a short getaway before the holidays. This four night cruise was just right. The ports of call were Nassau, CocoCay, Key West. We arrived early morning at Nassau and did not leave until midnight. It was way too long for Nassau. CocoCay was a great beach stop. Key West was fantastic but departure from the ship was very disorganized and there was a lack of ship personnel to direct you to the appropriate places for departure. It was 11:00 am when we finally got off. All the Diamonds and above along with those going on tours were allowed to exit first. The rest of us had to wait forever. There were a lot of folks cutting in line and leaving with the tour groups even though they did not have a tour. Could have been better administered by ship personnel..The ship left at 5:30 pm. Not enough time for Key West. Would rather have less time in Nassau and more time at Key West. Dining room food was good but the wait times were terrible. We averaged over 90 minutes just for dinner. It appears the wait staff have too many folks to serve thus increasing the wait time. I know RCCL probably keeps employees at minimum to save money but personnel service has been sacrificed. Would take this cruise again.
