Review summary
Starting out on the trip it was handy to pay for transportation with Royal Carribean to the cruise ship from the airport. When we left, we had to use a taxi and our taxi driver was very rude. To make sure you are treated right, go through the cruise line and avoid Miami taxi drivers.
It was exciting seeing the ship and many of the guests looked anxious to get on the ship. When you enter the ship, I loved the live music being played!!!! The closed off spaces that fenced in guests was not okay. But once we got past it the lobby area we could breath a lil.
Absolouty be sure of what drink package you want before you get on the ship. If you drink at all, buy the liqour package...you will eventually buy it on the ship.
The weather was poor : ( it rained a lot and it was windy. We had to take advantage of when it was good weather.
Housekeeping is awesome. They keep the ship very clean and get are very nice (always saying hi.) The ship employees are very professional and are appropriate when they joke.
When we sailed the majority of the ship were adults, but if there were kids they were sitting in the hot tub. I wished staff helped the couples out who wanted to relax together in the hot tub without kids splashing us.
The "My fair lady" dining area had amazing food! The serving staff were so kind and attentive. We were very spoiled with the amount of fine food we ate. Plus, you can order as much food as you want. I had tiger shrimp and was able to get seconds. If you have the liqour package you can drink fine wine and champagne during dinner. Bring formal wear for formal night...
Our excursion was canceled due to bad weather : ( we ended up at breezes resort. They treated us first class there.
One thing that bugged me and my BF was having to get up super early the last day so housekeeping could clean our rooms and to disembark. During this whole trip we weren't able to sleep in due to the ship leaving earlier in the day from port. We wished we could sleep more the last day.
