Review summary

The four day Enchantment of the Seas cruise to the Bahamas, was the first cruise I've ever taken. While I didn't enjoy being on a moving vessel for four days, the experience that Royal Caribbean provided us was relaxing. The bartenders and Stateroom attendants provided excellent service, and made us feel right at home. Every one of our needs was met by our Stateroom attendant Zuri Johnson. He kept our room clean, took care of any problems we had, and even made really cute towel animals. (The extra touch put a smile on our faces when we entered the room) Also, our trusted bartender, Bruno at Boleros, made our drinks perfectly every time, was super fun to talk to, and made us feel comfortable the second we got on the ship. Bruno was the first bartender to service us and we went back to him everyday!
