Review summary

We take a cruse or two every year.  This month we took a four night cruise on Royal Caribbean‘s Enchantment of the sea. We had a great time, the shows were great and the food great. However, the service was much better than we expected. Three people in the dining Room were FANTASTIC, our assistant server Rachel, our server Gerardo and our mater-d  Kaya, went out of their way to make sure everyone’s  food and service was top notch. The fourth person was at breakfast every morning, Her name was Qi Guan, she made us feel like Royalty. Over all this was the best cruise we have been on. The sea was too rough to go to Coco Cay when we stopped on the way down, than on the way home the captain surprised us and gave us a day at the beach.  WOW!!!!
