Review summary

The ship was, beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room steward, Pat knew our names as soon as we set foot on board, knew when our sons were sleeping in and was always available to answer any questions. Our waiter, Modiri and assistant Rosette, were amazing....kept the drink refills coming without being asked and always smiling an friendly. My  only complaint was with disembarkation. We tried the 'walk off, carry your own luggage" deal, which would have been fine, except that I think the cruise line needs to limit walk offs to those with 1 suitcase and 1 smaller bag per person and NO handicapped walk offs, at least NOT with the general population. We had a person in a wheelchair, with 3 other people, plowing through the crowd with 6 big suitcases on wheels and whatever else they had piled on the wheelchair, and because they had a wheelchair, they literally ran over my foot in a dash to disembark!
