Knowable & friendly customer service. Breakfast & dinner was great. Staff & servers where more than helpful & friendly. Staff at lunch bar area (pannini, cakes, fruit cups & etc) kiosk wasnt so friendly, but I had lunch there wvery day. Gotta have my fruits & pannini sandwiches. I am overall satisfied with all the cruise had to offer. The rock climbing was closed the whole time & 2 out of 4 Jacuzzis where closed for service at night. Bars close early, considering you stuck on sgip all night. Couldn't get a drink nor water.

Cocoa Cay jetski ride. Fun, fun ,fun
Cabin / Stateroom
Other than the mattresses the room was in very good & clean condition. Enjoyed being there. After long day & night of enjoying rhe ships entertainment, needed a better mattress quality to get a good nights sleep.

If you want fun on the clear waters of Cocoa Cay, rent the jet ski with the staff there. Great service ,great ride. Wnjoyed every minute of it. :)
