Review summary

Prepare to be nickeled and dimed to death, there is a fee for every little thing. Food was good desserts were nasty. The stops were beautiful the only problem is all these tour guides and people trying to sell you things. Room service attendant took really good care of us. When we had a question we asked her for instructions. Great price. Pay the gratuity charge up front so that you aren't blindsided by it. Don't bring liquor on board they'll hold it until the end and charge ridiculous prices to bring theirs. $7 for a redd's apple ale (really). Would rather fly to destination, but did enjoy being in a different place every night.

Ship tip

Wait a few hours to get off the ship so you aren't hounded in Nassau, and stuck in the crowd.

Welcome to the world of cruising.  One thing that I like about cruising is that you get to visit different islands and unpack only once.  It was nice to read that overall your enjoyed your cruise.  I hope that you give cruising another chance.  There are so many beautiful islands in the Caribbean.  Nassau is not one of my favorites.
