Review summary

This was our first ever cruise and we were enchanted by the Enchantment of the Seas. It was smooth sailing all the way. Embarking and disembarking were quick and easy. Port and check-in staff were pleasant.

We signed up for late dinner (8:30 PM) in the main dining room. The food in the main dining room was very good and the staff tried to accommodate us in all ways with our concerns. The other dining option was the Windjammer buffet which was exceptional. There was a lot of variety in the buffet with plenty of items. Park cafe (deck 9) beyond the solarium was a great place for a quick bite.

There were plenty of entertainment options on this ship. The giant screen near the pool on deck 9 had movies playing at different times of the day until midnight. Live band, Orchestra, Dance Parties, Game Shows, etc were all good. There is something for everyone.

The staff on this ship were very courteous and did a great job. The level of service that was provided to us made our first cruise very memorable.
