Enchantment !!!!

Sail Date: August 25, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The Dining Room service was TERRIBLE for

    1.  It took over 45mins to get your appetizers

    2.  The entrées were Fair

    3.  Eggs Benedict was served  Hard Boiled

    4. The Bar service was non existent

It was very evident that many service cutbacks were present .

As to my $ 50 OBC, I was informed at  check in that there was no OBC. I was never told that the upgrade to outside excluded OBC. This upgrade took place after the fair went from $ 149 to $ 109 or because of our Diamond Club Status. Based on my experience cruise lines do this upgrade to make more inside accommodations available.

Bottom line Our experience with this ship is no way in comparison  to RCL's Independence which we took in February.

Ship Quality
Staff cut backs were very obvious
Food and Dining
In addition to what was mentioned before the food temperature was poor
Cabin / Stateroom
Norbet was very accommodating
Service and Staff
Staff cut backs were very obvious
Children's Programs NA
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions Did not participate

Do to the size of these new ships the cruise lines should provide shuttle service for debarking to the security areas.
