Ship was nicely kept up and always clean and tidy. Many activities and food options always available. Not the most "cutting edge" ship, but still a nice one. We were not particularly impressed with the food, but it was edible and always available. Service was generally friendly - we would cruise Royal Caribbean again.
Not our favorite port - not alot to do there and not a ton of time to do it. We did not sign up for many excursions - just walked around ourselves. We would suggest that unless you are doing a watersports activity you don't pay for any excursions as all museums, shops, etc. are a very short walk from the pier.
We did the "unlimited beach snorkel" at Cozumel which was a great value for the money. Good for the beginner/novice snorkeler - we saw many tropical fish, eels, seahorses, sea urchins, etc. Snorkel site is close to pier which gives you time to shop around duty free shops before re-boarding the ship.
Beware of excursion times for Belize as we had a long wait to shore (boat doesn't dock at port). We chose to do the tubing/mayan ruins trip which was nice but not exactly as billed. The tubing was shorter than expected and the ruins are not excavated (so just look like small piles of dirt/rock), but the guide was great and we had a nice time. Shopping is available right at the port.
