6 Night Western Caribbean New Year's (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip)
Sail Date: December 28, 2006
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Large Group
Reviewed: 9 years ago
My parents had to leave the ship because my mother broke her leg. We had a terrible time getting their luggage off the ship and getting their passports to them at the local hospital. The Guest Relations staff apparently had no procedure for passengers leaving the ship early, had no idea what to do and it took hours.

Dirty glasses were left in our room for 3 days until we put them outside the door. Only then were they replaced.
