Enchanted Princess didn’t disappoint. Smooth sailing for almost 21 days. Crew always went out of their way to serve my wife and me. Can’t wait for the next Princess cruise.

This was a great cruise. The ship was fantastic, the staff, food, entertainment and activities were all great. Having never visited this part of Europe the itinerary gave us a number of places to sample. We enjoyed everyone of the ports. The cruise is fairly port intensive, we were tired (in a good way) by the end of this cruise. We would definitely go back to any of these ports again. We really enjoyed the Enchanted Princess and have another cruise booked on here in February next year in the Caribbean.

Fantastic cruise. Everything was excellent and there was nothing to complain about. Maybe the best cruise we had so far. And he only thing that we have no control about, is the weather, and it was on our side.

EZAir messed up our flight reservations and caused a delay in our flights.

It was exactly what we needed for a med cruise! Just a appetizer of all the ports and activities.

We booked airfare and hotel through the cruise line. Which made everything easier. The ship was great. The crew were great. We loved the ports, but would have loved more time in a couple. The tours we did were great. The entertainment on board was not the best, but was not a deal breaker. We were there for Italy. The only thing that was confusing is disembarking. There was no customs or checkpoints, we just walked out and the busses were lined up.

This cruise was probably the best one I’ve ever taken.

We were on for 3 weeks (3 cruises in 1). Although we loved it, it was really intense. We had 17 excursion days and very minimal at sea days. My kids had a blast though and we thoroughly enjoyed showing them so many countries. The ship, staff, and food were phenomenal as always. Everyone knew our 2 kids by name and took really good care of them, which I appreciated it immensely.

First time trying Princess, can’t wait to try them again!

Fantastic. The weather was nice, the food was good and the excursions were fabulous!

This was our first Princess cruise, we've sailed a few different lines but mostly NCL. While I feel NCL do some things a little better, overall, I think we prefer what Princess has to offer. We have booked to sail again on Enchanted in September. I would not book a package again though, I prefer to get my cruise started earlier, arriving to port with my own bags etc. Any questions, just ask :)

1. I’m a Princess Platinum member. Been on Princess cruises over 10+ years. 2. Have also sailed with Celebrity and other major cruise lines. 3. Almost always book a balcony 4. Opted for Princess Plus (drinks and WiFi package) It both saddens and disappoints me to see how Princess has declined from the days where cruising was special to its current state where it’s become a shallow image of what it was with limited service and poor options even when frequently offered to pay for more. I’ll provide a sample list showing how sad Princess service is: - Princess medallions: So bad and unreliable, staff taking orders for food and drink refuse them and fall back to asking for your room number. - MedalianNet: Unbelievably bad. Impossible to connect to, highly unstable and disconnects and even when connected is barely usable. Thank god i bought a cellular data plan so i could get data onboard. - Dining room service: Extremely limited menu, small portions and slow service (fewer staff to reduce costs?). Of course their new menus now include pay for items so that passengers can pay extra for the dinner they really expected. Ate dinner only to find still hungry and went to upstairs buffet. - Buffet: Don’t expect any food or desserts after 9:30 pm. They start shutting down food service. No desserts, drinks or any other food. Even the food kiosks on the 6th deck are closed. - onboarding: A circus. No one is sure where to go. No direction from Princes on what terminal to depart from. Staff away from onboarding stations leading to large onboarding lines and frustrated passengers. Long times to get baggage to cabins. Princess disappoints again and again as they search for ways to reduce cost and service while trying to upcharge passengers for shortcomings.

Best way to get a taste of the Mediterranean countries. Helpful to determine where we would visit again. The ship was beautiful and comfortable. Only two sea days, so visiting the ports can be exhausting. Loved the thermal spa.

This was the first of a series of Back to Back cruises on Enchanted Princess during her Mediterranean season. We were on board from 15th April-8th July 2023. The whole experience was marvellous, we never had one single issue in that time frame on board. The crew were amongst the best we have seen at sea, a true credit to Princess, they truly made our cruise(s) and created everlasting memories. The food was truly delightful and the entertainment was of a high standard. We honestly feel that this series of B2Bs was one of the best we have ever done. We cannot help but smile fondly upon these memories. Here is to many more Princess cruises.

Overall a very good cruise. No excursions. Walked around the towns on our own.

Overall we had a nice relaxing vacation. We were very glad we booked the Enclave, and very much enjoyed the Sanctuary for one afternoon. I would recommend Princess for anyone looking for a low-key cruise.

We loved our cruise...I have never had such a smooth return to Port as this trip...Princess does an excellent job making one's cruise feel special..

Princess does it right,so much you can do or not,choice is up to you.I dont have any other cruise line to compare but with princess I don’t need to.
