Review summary

Loved the ship. Overall, food was very good. Service was EXCELLENT! Entertainment was good but seating at Princess theater was a joke. Cabin was great, our balcony was very worn and in need of an upgrade. Getting on and off the ship was stress free. Highly recommend Princess Cruises.

Embarkation

Loved the Penthouse suite except for the badly stained balcony. Appears the ship exhaust embers have fallen on the balcony many times over the years, etched the deck and makes the balcony look and feel VERY dirty. Big disappointment for a suite experience with a nasty balcony.

Loved Crown Grill for dinner and suite breakfast. Food and service outstanding. Food was hot and fresh. Great food at O’Malley’s but music so loud we could not even have a conversation with each othe 360 was PHENOMENAL!!!!!
