It was a great cruise. Have cruised other cruise lines and feel entertaining and a little more activities could have been provided.

Weather was perfect at all 5 ports of call. Rained only in New York. Staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent.

We were on the New York, New England and Canada cruise. The cruise itinerary was great. We traveled in late October. The optimal time would have been September when the leaves were changing. But overall, the five ports were nice had it not been for rain and freezing temperatures. I celebrated my birthday during the cruise. It was nice having hundreds of people say happy birthday!

It was generally positive, several highlights and a few down moments. I accomplished many things I had wanted to see and do. Nothing went seriously wrong, crew were fantastic and the experience was very memorable.

Overall, the cruise was not all that bad. Very limited in the shopping experience (Limited to five stores) food was ok, but could of used different menu items throughout the cruise, and they need a little more training for their managers, not responding to customer requests to talk to them. With all this, I do not feel I will be back to this cruise line. There are others out there that provide a better exp.

I enjoyed the first part of my cruise. It ended badly because of catching Covid onboard, and then being quarantined. I was feeling great when I boarded and had zero signs of illness. Perhaps passengers should have their temperatures taken or some simple way of proving that they are not ill when they board. I was definitely not the only person who came down with Covid. The crew puts a small ottoman in front of your cabin door when you are quarantined. They place your meals and your clean towels on this ottoman. My husband, who did not catch Covid, saw several of these ottomans in front of other cabin doors. Someone came on board with Covid.

Loved this cruise and the ports were great! Some hiccups but better than staying home! Can’t wait for my next cruise. St Kitts was the highlight. Aruba I don’t bother to get off the ship (been there, done that).

Fabulous cruise. Couldn't land on Grand Turk due to wind, which was very disappointing, as this is the one port we were looking forward to the most. Overall a great cruise, though.

Too many add on charges and it would be best if everything was included. The add on charges for drink and tips gets confusing. Just charge what you need to be profitable and give the traveller drinks and tips included.

Spent the most on Princess and worst experience

Overall it was a very relaxing cruise. We just had issues in Cabo and not wanting to risk anything because it's Mexico. Our steward for the room was really sweet and attentive.

It wasn't the best cruise we've ever been on but it wasn't terrible. The staff was amazing and our cabin attendant was AWESOME...he really took care of us!!

Had good time overall, the food was good, had a good variety for such a long cruise. Would definitely cruise this line for longer journeys

I would choose a different ship, if I could. The ships age showed and the food at the buffet was dismal. We overlooked the ship's age and food choices because we wanted to do this itinerary. The Itinerary was everything we expected and more. Ship!!!! Not so much.

Never cruised Princes before enjoyed it the food was great and the entertainment was as well just have to watch out what is charged to your account

This was our first Princess cruise after receiving rave reviews from friends (who admittedly have never cruised with anyone else) but it’s unlikely we’ll be back unless we see some amazing offers out of the UK. The business with the account having wrong drinks added, too many allocated to one person, the calling up the wrong guests on the computer etc was a pain. That system and staff training need to be sorted. Furthermore, the complete lack of interest from Guest Services when I raised a formal complaint was stark and surprising. Food and service in the main restaurants were good and the 24hr cafe is a great touch but we found the buffet and overall bar service to be poor. The Cruise Director was rather uninspiring but that said we didn’t really see him in the theatre that much. All theatre shows were very good to excellent, the other onboard entertainment, less so. I’m sure Princess fans will not recognise what I’ve written but there was not enough to convince us to either change from our preferred cruise line or try others for the first time.

I loved the cruise but was dissapointed in the shows. Our dining room staff was wonderful and the food was also. The ship is beautiful and I love Princess. The whole staff and crew was wonderful and very friendly. The party out by the pool was the best part of the cruise. Loved that and that band was good.

Our party on this trip was a party of six, most over 68. Overall, very happy with this cruise. One of the port stops was cancelled, so this placed us a few more days for sea days. We all wished they would have added an additional stop, maybe like Acapulco. It is an older Princess ship, but we were happy with most of everything.

Overall cruise was wonderful crew did an outstanding job. Will use Princess cruise line again.
