Review summary

Tenders packed to brim, complete chaos whilst waiting to get on Tenders. Medallion APP a waste of time Customer Service a waste of time Ended up being sick for 4 days once offloading myself from the ship. I’m assuming it was the under cooked scallops. So many nice ships out there, stay away from this one.

Fastest check in experience of any cruise I’ve been on, however, Representatives started my cruise experience poorly when I was told I couldn’t get on the ship as I wasn’t triple vaxed. Then, It was a terrible inconvenience to book a medically observed antigen test within 72 hours of cruising as I was in a remote area. Did they ask for the results of the test? NO!

Crown Grill specialty restaurant- poor ( seared scallops weren’t seared ). Steak ( as soon as Waiter cut the meat at my table he took it straight away as he knew it hadn’t been cooked properly. Room service - took half an hour to have a can of coke delivered to have with my medicine. Pizza - super soggy Best food of outlets I tried. The Bistro.

The Medallion App is an embarrassment. It never worked. I was on hold for long periods of time then just gave up. Called Reception, the phone just rang through. Asked for power adaptor plug to be delivered to my cabin. Never arrived.

Cleanliness was fine. There is a weird divide in middle of bed transforming 2 singles to a double. Have to probably rate as worst at sea. Ridiculous amounts of noise from careless Crew. There is a door out in the hall way which Crew used to get to their cabins. Waking me up all hours of the night and morning. They were laughing and carrying on. Completely disrespectful. Definitely don’t stay in this cabin. Due to so many issues, after day 1 of cruise I offloaded myself from the ship.
