Really loved everything about the ship and employees, excellent treatment from all. Probably spent too much but we all spend many hours collecting charms and bracelet in the ship stores. Loved the way Quinten was so caring and responsive to everyone with his talks about all the shops onboard. Made the days at sea more fun!

All very polite and efficient. We especially loved out dining room waiters! We had Dennis and Rene and they made dinners fun and entertaining along with the excellent service! A definite highlight to our trip!
Ship Quality

All of the areas I saw were very well maintained. Always clean room, fresh towels and service. After a few days we figured out the necessary routes to where we wanted to be. Only stumbling block was getting from 10 to six for dining because we couldn't use aft elevator directly but soon learned to walk the indoor isle to the midship ones. Don't really see that as a flaw, just an inconvenience at first.

Loved the Hop on Hop off bus tour we took with the walk thru old town. Wish we had more time to get off at more than one location but happy we took that tour.
We had a wonderful excursion of the Gold Reposa store/factory and excellent explanations and demonstrations of how the lost wax process worked. The tour also included several other stops and sights which were wonderful. Out driver and tour guide were great!
We did an excursion but having jumbled memories of places. All excursions were very good. Think it was the Scarlet McCaws with were beautiful and a wonderful tour.
Government ratings were three on the danger scale so opted not to do the excursion and most of them required a very long drive each way. Didn't want to take the chance but now wished we had gone ashore just into the port area.
Really enjoyed this port and our tour of Tequilla tasting. Only problem was we were not given clear directions on meeting group and some had stickers and we didn't so the group was split. I ended up in the larger bus group with less activities and my friend was with a smaller bus or 14 and given an extra hour, tasting etc on her tour.
Loved this port! Great tour with Tequilla and Folkloric dancers in a theater, trip to a very nice jewelry store for gold/silver and opals. In old town with cobblestone streets.
