Review summary
We were pleasantly surprised to be able to board the ship a little before the designated time. All of the crew were friendly and accommodating, they all made us feel that we were their most important cruiser. It allowed us to truly feel on vacation! Shelley Gill was "the icing on the cake." She helped us learn so much about whales and so many things Alaska. She is a great asset to your cruise line! All 6 of our party agreed that the mattresses were the best we had ever slept on! We would definitely recommend Princes to our friends.Embarkation
