Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The Botticelli, DaVinci and Michelangelo Dining was superb! My reason for only rating this four stars is because the buffet at the Horizon Court was disgusting. The food there was not worthy of MacDonald’s. Furthermore there are not enough seats in the Horizon Court to accommodate all the diners who want to eat this garbage. Endless guest wandering around looking for seats with food plates in their hands. Awful!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff works very hard, long hours and everyone is pleasant and extremely helpful and efficient.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship is looking a little tired on its Exteriors and the Horizon Court needs to be demolished and redesigned.

Ship tip

The check-in and the disembarking at ports are both disorganized. Try to get the best information you can about where to go. I’m handicapped and was told by Princess that there was a special check-in for disabled people. The guards at Vancouver had no idea what I was talking about and would have me stand on a two hour check-in line. Finally I found someone from Princess Security to walk me in.

We did the buffet just a few times for dinner. Mostly at breakfast. We sat with other people we didn't know and always had a pleasant chat getting to know our table mates. It was crowded but always found places to sit. That is if you don't mind sharing a table.
