A nice well kept ship with a friendly crew and staff. Improve the dining and the shows, it would have been 5 stars. The excursions that we went on were good, my recommendations are in the review.
Embarkation

They had a lot of people working the embankment desk to get you on board ship faster. After that easy and right on the boast, really no waiting
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Drinks had no problem. All made very good could taste the alcohol and I enjoy many. The food needs to be redone. In the dining rooms the food was palatable. Really just a step above fast food, at best. Take time redo the menu menus and update them. Use better quality ingredients in the dishes. I braved the Veal on Italian night, that was a mistake. The restaurants with the up-charge were much better. We ate in all of them, Share was over rated.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The activities are limited, being this is an older ship. Nothing like on the Royal Caribbean lines. Enjoyed the message at the spa. They do some serious up-selling but my "no thank you" a few times got the point across. To cold for the pools, and did some shopping. Good variety of stores.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
I would use the word "cheesy" The back up bad was the best.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
They all did a wonderful job. Had no issue with anyone.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Very clean for being older, even the bathroom. You dont have memories of previous visitors in there.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Very soft bed and really nice pillows. We had a nice size balcony and got to see a lot of Alaska. Show was way to small. Could have had better thermostat and cooler settings.
Ship tip
Nice ship if you want quiet and relaxing times. If food is not a major concern, this is a good ship. We enjoyed our time, but will not be on this ship again.
No issues, at an early breakfast, Waited for our area to be called and got right off. Buses waiting to take us back to the airport. Delta check in right at the bus area.
