Embarkation

Plenty of people at the airport pointing us in the right direction. Transportation was waiting, plenty of people at the area before you get on board to point us in the right direction.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was good, seemed like towards the end of the cruise food was not as good. I have been on a cruise before, and there were always sculptures of some sort, either ice sculptures, some made out of fruit. Different ones every day. Very impressive.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
My 16 year old son enjoyed the fitness center. We enjoyed the hot tubs. My son also enjoyed the teen lounge. And he loved the basketball court.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Shows were great.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
My son loved the teen lounge. They kept them entertained, had a lot of fun activities.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Overall very good. Was a little surprised when there was food on the floor around the hamburger cafe, and waiter walked by and did not pick it up. Next day however, floors were always clean. Everyone was friendly. Bruno

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Everything was clean and well maintained. However, many people on the ship had a hard time finding certain areas, including me. Lots of talk in the elevators. You could only go from the back of the boat to the front of the boat on certain floors, but not all floors. By about the 5th day, most of us finally had it down.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Overall was all good. Stewart came in twice a day, to make our beds and give us fresh towels.

Easy, well explained, luggage was taken from our room to the airport, and checked in for me.
