Review summary
We decided to fly into Barcelona for a 3 day pre cruise stay. It was wonderful. The weather cooperated and we explored via the hop on, hop of bus as much walking is difficult. We took one pre cruise tour and found it difficult to locate the meeting place by foot and took a cab. This was a tour through Delta and it was just ok. It did rain during our Tour and that made part of it uncomfortable ( not the tours problem ).
We boarded the ship without any wait time and our stateroom was ready for us. We had requested one robe, and there was none. Upon requesting one from our room steward we were told none were available as this ship was getting ready to be refurbished and all available robes were already given to passengers who started the cruise a week prior to us. After 3 days of insisting we get one. They finally gave in and provided me with a brand new robe. Our toilet seat had several deep gauges I. It and appeared to be unsanitary. We requested a change of seat and agai. Told they were sorry but the refurbishing was scheduled after our cruise. After much I insistance that this was unacceptable to us, it was replaced. The entire ship has aged. We were on it a few years ago and it truly needs updating. The ports of call were wonderful. We did however take a tour from Delta in Cadiz and were extremely disappointed. Many of us were lost trying to find the meeting location again. A representative needs to meet the group as they leave the ship. Also this tour had 2 hours of walking and most participants were senior citizens. We had to leave the tour because we could not walk for that period of time. Our group leader also seemed less knowledgable than other tours we have taken. We were also told water would be provided and it was not. We would gladly have brought our own had we known. With a 7 day crossing we felt Orincess should have offered more seminars in addition to their normal cruise activities.

Ship tip
Don't lose your specialty coffee card as we did, because they won't do anything about it even if you know how many you had left. We lost out on 8 specialty coffees, our little treat to ourselves ended up being a disappointment.
