A: We were just on Emerald Princess in May. For our 9-night cruise there were 2 “formal” nights, but for a longer one, I’m guessing there will be 3.

A: It looks like you are on a 12 day cruise on the Emerald this December (2024). You should have 2 formal nights based on the length of your cruise.

A: if you look around, you'll see there's an email contact for the system administrator. I wouldn't think they read every one of these posts and it's best to notify them directly

A: Clarification , when I stated Emerald ocean view cabins being mostly obstructed, I was referring to the Emerald deck. Also if you select the explore tab, then ships, then Princess, then Emerald Princess and look at the photos you will find some pictu... res showing the side view of the ship. Enjoy.See More

Answered by bndfromaz on May 13, 2024

A: Emerald deck is directly inline with the tender/lifeboats. Most Emerald ocean views are obstructed but there are some windows between lifeboats that have a good view. Hope this helps. Enjoy, Emerald Princess is a great ship.

A: You can check in on your app as soon as your cruise is in their system. I was able to check into my Princess cruise for Jan. ‘24, before I was able to check into my Celebrity cruise in Nov. ‘23. We have always had our Medallions mailed to us, but i... t use to free, now they charge $10. This was the first time we had to pay for it & it hasn’t arrived. We cruise on Sunday & it isn’t going to make it, because we checked with the tracking & the post office. My lane status changed from green to blue, no fault of mine. 😏 Hope you have a wonderful cruise! 🛳️⚓️🐬🦥🌺🍹🦞💃🏖️🌴🛟🛳️See More

A: Princess has you complete the preliminary check-in through the app. If you are able to have your medallion shipped to you (USA and some parts of Canada), then you can finish all the way and be green-lined (all set to go). If you can't have the meda... llion shipped, or choose not to, once you enter all your info you will be blue-lined and pick up your medallion at the port. There are no specific check-in times anymore ... you just go. On my last 2 cruises (Nov and Dec) it was chaos with a late disembarkation for those coming home from their trip, mixed with those starting their vacation. Wish I had arrived later in the afternoon.See More

A: There are no specific times to check in anymore. I was told by Princess as long as u check in after 11:00 you’re ok. As long as u are checked in on the app and ready to go u are good to go. It shows up on the app that u are checked in and ready if u... completed all the steps.See More

Answered by SirBarre on January 19, 2024

A: If u completed all the steps on the app u should be checked in and ready to go. There is no check in times anymore. Check in at the port is anytime after 11:00

Answered by debflip on October 6, 2023

A: You need to let them know you need special accommodations and can’t “transfer” on the bus. They’ll send a separate van I believe.

A: Every time we have been in Paris there have been very long lines for Eiffel Tower. I don't know if you will get in at your designated time. A bit of a risk if not an excursion run by the cruise line.

Answered by WhippetMum on June 16, 2022

A: I am afraid you wasted your money. Even with a time ticket, lines can be long from my experience.
