Unless you book through the cruise company and guarantee getting back for sailaway you may get left behind!

I am afraid you wasted your money. Even with a time ticket, lines can be long from my experience.

Every time we have been in Paris there have been very long lines for Eiffel Tower. I don't know if you will get in at your designated time. A bit of a risk if not an excursion run by the cruise line.
