Review summary

I was extremely disappointed with Disney. The lack of communication on Covid policy and enforcement was dismally lacking. I talked to ship management and they apologized I expect when I am paying a premium, to have processes and procedures more clearly defined and thought through. I went on a Holland America cruise 3 weeks prior and the communications were heads above.

Panama Canal Transit

I was disappointed that Disney did not have any talks prior to going through the canal. We have done this cruise before and the talks were exceptional. Why don’t Disney chose not to have talks is beyond me. They had 4 days at sea to set something up. They also did a poor job of identifying when things were going to happen. An example is when you were going under the interstate bridge. Communication was poor throughout the cruise

Appreciate your feedback. The talks from a “canal specialist” made our transit . Sorry you didn’t get that. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations!
