Great Cruise! Even greater cruise line!

Sail Date: August 07, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Wonderful ship. Not too big, great facilities. Great entertainment and staff. Great staterooms. The adult pool could use more seating and some sprucing up.

Pros: The Disney Experience - great service, great shows, memorable experience

Cons: The Popeye Village Excursion in Malta, and early mornings

Recommends Disney Magic? Yes!

Food and Dining
Good food but could be better. Palo is amazing. I like the size of the buffet (not too big and overwhelming) but the hours aren't too flexible.
Cabin / Stateroom
split bathroom with bathtub is awesome!
Service and Staff
Children's Programs
I don;t think there's anything better out there for children. We couldn't drag our 4 year old out of the kids club.
Ship Quality
Valletta, Malta
Beautiful port. Our excursion to Popeye's Village was a total bust though. DO NOT GO!
Naples, Italy
Pompei and the Amalfi Coast!
La Spezia, Italy
Ajaccio, Corsica
Just walk around town or do a bus tour offered right at the port. Not a lot to see, but nice enough.
Villefranche-Sur-Mer, France
Beautiful port and very close to Nice and Monaco.
Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
Tunis, Tunisia
Neat port, very unique.
