I would absolutely recommend this Disney cruise. We have been on a Royal Caribbean cruise which was nice, but we have been on the Disney Fantasy twice now and have nothing but good things to say about it. Would highly recommend it! 

We loved the felling of safeness for all our children & grand-children.  The Caring Staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a Magical Time.  Loved all the Professional Stage Shows that appealed to Young & Old.  Loved Pirates Nite & its Fireworks at Sea! 

My family went on the Disney Fantasy on Oct 29, 2016 and had the most amazing experience. It was truly impeccable service from the second we hit the port. The only problem I had was in the port of Jamaica on the Melia Beach break, we had an awful experience there and I would not recommend it for families at all. We. Were expecting a better time but it was at the worst part of the beach, we were told to not go in the water because of sea urchins, and when we asked to use the pool they told us it was an additional $70 after they explained we could not swim. The staff was extremely accommodating considering the circumstances. Had we known what it was we would not have picked that excursion. We asked for a refund because we only took the drive there and left with the next bus that came. We didn't have lunch or use anything and I have yet to be contacted by on shore excursions from Disney as told to me by the port excursion desk on the boat. 

This was our first cruise. I did not know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised with all the activities Disney had to offer. There was more than enough for both adults and kids to do. From the moment we stepped onto the boat we felt the Disney love. The food and entertainment were great. The boat was clean and although it holds almost 4,000 people it never felt crowded. We only had one bad experience and that was when we went on an port adventure. I recommend skipping the Melia Beach in Jamaica. It is not Disney worthy and I am surprised this beach break was offered by them. It is also not family friendly. The staff was nice but the beach itself, the lounge chairs, and the surrounding area was dirty. We took an early bus back to the boat. I spoke with Disney's customer service and made a report with port adventures and feel this was the only area that Disney's Customer Service disappointed us. Regardless of that one incident the cruise itself was great and we would definitely book another Disney Cruise. 

The level of excellent service and experiences was above and beyond on my cruise. The shows were amazing! My kids loved the cooking sessions, animation classes, and towel art classes. Watching Disney movies by the pool was so much fun. The quality of the food was impeccable! Our head server Ronaldo and his asst Steve went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing less that superb! The staff was very keen on making sure to pass out sanitizer wipes before eating at the restaurants. When we came back to the ship from our ports we were given cold towels and water. Everything is organized and clean. My husband and I loved the rain forest spa! The Palo dinner was amazing! The  kids loved decorating the cabin doors with Disney magnets. There are plenty of adult only things to do and areas on the ship where adults can go and relax without kids. I can't imagine going on any other cruise line after experiencing Disney. 

We are a family of four.  We were comfortable in our stateroom. We have two kids 8 months and our daughter turned 2 on the cruise.  They spent sometime in the nursery and they were in very good hands.

The cruise was good. But definitely a cruise for children. It was very lacking for adult entertainment. We found the dinner food excellsnt but could definitely use some improvement in the breakfast meal. The ship was beautiful. Most of the cruise staff was nice but I had some that were very rude n appeared they didn't enjoy their job. We did not get to go to Castaway Cay due to Hurricane Matthew. We got rerouted to go back to Cozumel for another day which gave us a extra night on the ship. But the staff was not prepared for all the problems it created with flights being cancelled n people not being able to get home for a couple of days after ship docked. Departure from ship was an absolutely a nightmare. 

Being Royal Caribbean Diamond level cruisers, it took several years to convince my husband to take a Disney cruise. We were not disappointed! The food was great. The service and attention to detail were classic Disney. Even the excursions were of great quality.

I loved the family friendly atmosphere and cruise shows.

Loved the shops, wish there were more.

  Food was too fancy. Not enough plain choices.

Waiters were fantastic. and made dinner so much fun.

 Childrens menue was not too many choices.

The best part of the cruise was the brunch at Remy. The food was to die for and the service (Alex) was unbelievable. The ports of calls offered a variety of things to do for everyone in our group.

My favorite part of the cruise was seeing how my grandchildren enjoyed the Disney characters. The embarkation process needs improvement. Yes, I recommend this cruise.

It was a great cruise. More swimming pools will be a plus. Extended dining hours, overall it was a fantastic time and I will recommend to others. Meal times were okay. Better menus on some days. Once night there was construction but it quickly ended with a call. Place is clean and tidy. 

If you have children this is the only cruise you should consider.  The service is wonderful, the ambiance is excellent and the activities for the kids is without equal.

Once again Disney has done it! This was our 3rd cruise with them in 6 years. Everyone continues to get better & better. The service, food, entertainment, cleanliness, etc are all first class. We will go again and again.

Our family really loved the organization, the cleanliness of the ship, and the entire crew was professional and very accommodating. We will definitely take another cruise on the Disney Fantasy. The dinner servers treated us like family, they really helped make the cruise special for us. The only thing I would like changed was the time in port. We felt some of the excursions were rushed. We really enjoyed all of the on board entertainment. The kids had plenty of options as did the adults. I definitely give Disney high praise for a magnificent vacation we will remember always! The overall experience was great. Lots of good quality food and tons of entertainment . Pools are small but there is so much to do it doesn't  matter. Great staff on ship. They couldn't be nicer. Clean and very attentive to everyones need.

The Disney Fantasy is spotless with plenty of entertainment for each and every passenger.  Dinning is a pleasure to satisfy any palet.  As always the crew members were friendly, helpful and curteous.  We enjoyed our cruise so much that we booked a 7 night cruise for next April and intend to take one every year.

We love cruising with Disney.  The service is fabulous, the entertainment is amazing and it is always a fabulous vacation!  We love all the entertainment options on the Fantasy - the AquaDuck, the movie theater and the evening shows are some of our favorites.

This cruise was just for me (32 y/o female) and my mother (65 y/o female).  We are both avid Disney fans, but we felt so out of place on this cruise.  We realized we would rather have gone to Disney World and spent less money than take this cruise.  It was good, food wasn't great, but we could have had a better time on Royal Caribbean for thousands of dollars less.  This cruise was like a Royal Caribbean cruise but with Disney characters.  I won't be taking another Disney Cruise.

One of the ship's engines broke down making the return long and very uncomfortable. We were unable to make all stops for a full trip that we paid for.
