Don't hesitate, just book it. This was our first cruise and first Disney trip. Our kids are 10, 10 and 12 and I was worried they were a bit too old. This couldn't be further from the truth-we had an amazing vacation.

Pack light - Disney has nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion. No need to weigh yourself down with heavy toiletries or loads of clothes. Such an easy going atmosphere - just relax and enjoy!!

Do the Mouse Detective Agency game with your children or by yourself. The pictures on the ship comes alive before your eyes. Run or walk the 5k on Castaway Cay, you get to see parts of the island you normally wouldn't see. Go to the shows and definitely do a spa day!

Take a cruise with at least one day at sea if at all possible. My daughter and I did that the last cruise and we realized that without the day at sea there isn't enough time to do everything we wanted to do. the kids also said, 'we need more time on the ship."

Don’t overplan, enjoy the ship activities as much as you can. Bahamas wasn’t great. I would’ve preferred to stay on the cruise that day. I honestly would’ve been happier if the ship would’ve stayed two nights at Castaway Cay and skipped the Bahamas.

Don't just focus on photographing your party. Take time to take photos of the sceneries and the ship. Also, make sure you ride the aquaduck st least 3 times!!
