We have cruised 23 times and this was our first Disney Cruise. Everyone on board was friendly, accommodating and helpful. All the Disney shows were entertaining. The wait staff were especially attentive to the children the entire time. We tipped them over and above the norm. The entire ship was exceptionally clean, even the public rest rooms were spotless. The only reason we did not give an excellent rating is because, when we arrived on board at 12:30 PM we were told we couldn't go to our cabin until 1:30 PM. All we would have liked to do was unload our carryon, wash our hands and explore the ship. Instead we were invited to go directly to the restaurant, crowded with so many people, all carrying back packs etc (I snuck past the barrier to our cabin at 12:45 PM and found our room was empty, clean and ready, but we were still not allowed to enter.) Not a pleasant experience.

The ship is very organized and clean. Food is perfect Crew is very polite and pro active

Cleanliness, staff, decor

What can I say...it’s Disney and it’s amazing all the way around! If it was more affordable I’d never cruise with any other cruise line, but as often as I like to cruise, it’s just not financially possible to only cruise DCL:( I’m hopeful that once these next three Disney ships come online in the next 4 years, that pricing may start to fall in line with the other cruise lines that have a dozen or more ships, we’ll see.

I have cruised this destination with other cruise lines and Disney has been the best experience so far. The service is excellent! I was pretty reluctant to travel with Disney because I was not traveling with young kids but this experience has totally change my mind. Disney high standards and excellent service will make it difficult to cruise with another cruise line. 

Very nice ship! I’ve been on it twice to the Bahamas and it is amazing. Staff was great and made the trip even more fun. Glad they changed up the character greetings up a bit, they were a little hectic the first time. Over all 5/5!😊

I´ve had such an amazing experience with my family. I´ll be repeating this cruise as soon as we can.

Awesome attention to detail and food. My kids loved it. Thanks to the whole crew!

The ship was beautiful and clean. The rooms were well kept and the designs on the ship were outstanding.

my impressions of the ship where that it was wonderfull the dinning was exceptionel and the serves was too. exeryone was very helpfull and nice. iliked the room and the fireworks at sea. the most fun was the waterslide. and the moving picthers. This cruise ship was the best it had something for everyone.

This was our second Disney Cruise and it was awesome as it was our first one, we even booked already our third cruise with Disney. We have two kids and everything we do, we do it we our kids. Disney allow us to have non-stopping (even afterhours)fun with our litthle ones and that is priceless

The ship was very nice and clean. The food & serving staff were very nice. But, just because you allow folks to bring \"on board\" alcohol on board does not make up for the all the other services & facilities on other cruise boats, that the Dream does not provide or allow. My wife and I, both 53, brought our son & d-I-l, ages 32 & 33, and their two kids, ages 6 & 4. I understand the Disney \"concept\", but its not consistent; \"it's ok to load up on alcohol, but, having a casino takes away from the family image. But, as stated above that's just one item. The \"adults\", all four of us, the ones that pay for the cruise, were all disappointed.

Overall impression of the ship was wonderful. Our stateroom was cleaned twice a day, service was excellent.

We went on this cruise with our 8 and 12 year old!! Loved the wave phones. Easy to keep track of my 12 yr old who was allowed to roam free. Loved that pop was covered! Show were great for families- All Disney characters.. Restaurants were nice. Loved changing daily. Food was ok.. I’m a picky eater and it’s hard to impress me. Pizza was not so good. Loved all the kid activities. I honestly had to force my 12 yr old to leave the ship. We only saw him for a short time for dinner (forced) LOL.. Overall great cruise. A little pricey compared to other cruise lines..

i was a little hesitant about a disney cruise but found the ship, staff and itin to be great. it surpassed my expectations in all respects d dddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

From the start of the adventure everything went as expected. The staff were always accessible and friendly. The food quality was exceptional. Our room was incredibly clean and extremely comfortable. The entertainment was exactly what you would expect of Disney. There were endless fun activities available for all ages. We loved every aspect of our vacation and can not wait to repeat it.

I did not like the cruise----too much money for nothing. Never do it again and I'm telling others to forget this cruise.
